Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Due to nature of our handmade skincare products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns once items have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue with a description of the issue. We'll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund if eligible.
